"Simple Plan- Jet Lag ft Natasha Bedingfield"

Hello, Today I will post about song of the week... and it was...

"Simple Plan- Jet Lag ft Natasha Bedingfield"

Simple Plan's first official single "Jet Lag" has got an official music video which features their guestNatasha Bedingfield. Away from the "Strip Me" singer, frontman Pierre Bouvier sings his agony of missing her. "5 more days and I'll be home. I miss you so bad," he wails.

"Jet Lag" is recorded for Simple Plan's new album "Get Your Heart On!" which is coming out in the U.S. on June 21. " 'Jet Lag' is one of my favorite songs off the record and it sounds great," Pierre said. "[It's] for the first time we are doing a duet with a female vocalist."

Talking about working with Natasha, the lead singer gushed, "Natasha Beddingfield rocked it and it sounds amazing. She has an amazing voice and she totally blew us away with her vocal talent. Both girls are also going to be in the video."

I’ve been debating posting music on this website for a while. I know that you normally don’t ever find music on travel blogs, unless it’s very specific to a culture or destination. I’m a HUGE fan of pop culture, and I know there are a lot of songs out there that appeal to my inner traveler… Songs about airplanes, going places, cities… etc. When I heard this song yesterday – it pretty much cemented music’s place on my blog.

So here’s the new video for Jet Lag by Simple Plan Ft Natasha Bedingfield! I think this song is to DIE for, and I’ve had it on repeat for the past few hours. As someone who used to be in a long distance relationship and has spent tons of time in airports & hotels, I can totally relate to this as well.

So what do you guys think? I’m going to try to bring up a new song every week… I know artists don’t come out with travel related songs on a regular basis, so you’ll probably see some old ones – but always good
ones!
